SUMMARY:NetPark Wellbeing: Art and Wellbeing
DESCRIPTION:This 11-week course involves using different art materials; paint\, felt tips\, colouring pencils\, collage materials\, digital art to create art for personal wellbeing. No experience required. All art materials and refreshments will be provided free of charge. \nWe have limited numbers of iPads we can also lend out to those who do not have the technology to access Zoom. We now can have spaces for up to 8 participants to come into the art room at Chalkwell Park and 4 spaces to join us via Zoom. If a group is full\, we can put you on the waiting list for January 2023.
