When you use any of Metal’s websites, we may collect personal information about you when you request a specific service using online forms and every time you email us your details. We use this information to:
- contact you to respond to your queries (if you email us with a question, for example)
- provide you with services (send you an email bulletin, issue tickets, for example)
- contact you to ask you to respond to surveys

Such Sensitive Personal Data shall only be requested in our artist, audience and participant feedback surveys but is analysed anonymously and is not obligatory to provide.

- To provide you with information about other services we offer that are similar to those that you have already enquired about.
- To provide you with information about events, activities and services we feel may interest you.

- To notify you about our news and any changes to our service.
- To send you invitations to take part in feedback surveys to give your opinions about our events, activities and services
1.1 Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us, that is stored by us is kept on our secure servers. All information you provide to us that is stored via a third party (e.g. Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Skiddle) will be subject to the Privacy Policy of those websites. This includes any payment transactions that take place through third party ticket agencies. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.

Cookie Policy
Metal’s website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. This analytical tool uses ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Metal.
Metal will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google statistical analytics tool.
