    Rose Croft

    November 5, 2025 by

Artist Rose Croft is joining us for Where We Are… a UK-wide youth-led project from Metal Peterborough and the Kite Trust, working in collaboration with the British Museum.

Rose is a socially engaged artist, storyteller and creative producer, dedicated to creating safe, accessible spaces that foster connection through art, story, and nature. Their practice is rooted in the belief that creative experiences can inspire joy, strengthen personal and community resilience, and deepen cultural connection.

Rose regularly works with arts organisations, charities, community groups, schools and festivals. They are one half of the not-for-profit arts organisation Art Pop-Up and the founder of the producer-led collective Angry Pencil. Rose has shared stories and delivered workshops both locally and internationally for over 14 years.

Rose will be working with young people who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent, to co-design a project that is responsive to their ideas, needs, and priorities. The programme is all about breaking down the barriers that can make it difficult for young people to engage with arts spaces – and making sure their voices are heard in shaping the cultural landscape where they live.
