Founded by mother-daughter duo, MumTas brings together their passion for South Asian street food and the rich culinary heritage of Uganda to create a unique and flavourful experience for food enthusiasts. Growing up in a household where food was central to their culture and family life, Tas had the privilege of learning the art of Indian cooking from her mother. Together, they experimented with flavours, explored new recipes, and perfected the nuances of Indian street food with a Ugandan twist.
