The Liverpool Art Prize is a competition of contemporary art open to professional artists based in or born in the Liverpool City Region of the United Kingdom. In 2013 the short listed artist’s were Kevin Hunt, Tabitha Moses, Julieann O’Malley and Laurence Payot. The Liverpool Art Prize 2013 was awarded to Tabitha Moses who, for the first time in the 6 years the Prize has been running, won both the People’s Choice prize and the overall prize.
