We’re looking for 10 Mystery Dreamers to come and spend some time with us to develop something special for Picton. We want to create a unique and memorable experience that celebrates the creativity and culture of our community.
As part of our PICTON PLAY project, we’re looking for 10 Mystery Dreamers to join our team. Anyone who lives or works in the Picton neighbourhood, a mile radius from Edge Hill Station (the postcodes of L7, L8, L15), can apply. This paid role offers the chance to influence local activity, exchange knowledge, and shape the look and feel of the final celebration event.
So far, we’ve worked with musicians, dancers, bus drivers and gardeners. We’re missing some local knowledge and inspiration to get us to the next phase. If this sounds like you, fill in the form here.
All we ask is a commitment to attending a minimum of 8 monthly in-person meetings, sharing your local knowledge, and being an advocate for Metal and our PICTON PLAY project. We’re looking for a diverse range of people, from all backgrounds and ages. Have you got a strong connection to this area? Did you used to go to Webster Road school? Maybe you’re new to living here and want to get involved, or you’ve lived here a long time and feel your heritage isn’t represented enough? We’re used to big cultural moments in Liverpool but this time it’s coming to our neighbourhood, and we want you to get involved!
Join us in achieving something ambitious and creating a positive story about what life is like living and working in Picton.
