Hosted at Metal Liverpool, join Sira Yoga to move through poses that will reset and rejuvenate your body and mind. Enjoy light refreshments to nourish your bodies, then relax into a life drawing class, using techniques that emphasise how light shapes and defines the physical body.  Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama yoga is a complete practice.

This yoga class will work to bring mind and bodies into stillness, withdrawing from the surroundings and moving towards observation for the inner self. The asana practice builds in steps (‘Krama’) from the easiest to a more complex ‘peak pose’ with variations and modifications offered along the way. The class will bring you into a self-observational space to prepare for an hour of life drawing. Expect a series of basic poses where you will be encouraged to play and draw freely with expression.
