Join us at Metal Liverpool for an evening of celebration to mark the launch of Nicki McCubbing’s book, ‘The 86’.

Featuring live music from Claire Welles, Sonic Yootha DJs and refreshments. Limited free copies of the book will be given to guests on arrival, so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Nicki McCubbing has been in residence with Metal as part of our PICTON PLAY project’s ‘Listening’ phase and we can’t wait to share the unique observations with you.

An outline of the event running order is below:

• 6pm: Platform 1 doors and bar open + Sonic Yootha DJs
• 7pm: Live music performance from Claire Welles
• 8pm: Finish

PICTON PLAY is bringing together artists, community organisers, young people and other curious residents to celebrate the existing creativity in our neighbourhood and explore new ways of getting together through play.
