Postponed: Hip Hop at the Hill

    November 3 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Due to unforeseen circumstances we have decided to postpone the Hip Hop at the Hill event. Keep an eye out for future announcements.

Hip Hop at the Hill: performance + workshops

Come through to Metal at Platform 1 Edge Hill train station for an afternoon with Liverpool Hip Hop Festival. Hosted by Nikki Blaze and Tony Broke, the day will start with a Hip Hop performance, followed by workshops in the different pillars of hip hop — a.k.a. the five elements. This day of activities for young people will allow you the opportunity to learn about and experience writing, MCing, breaking, DJing and beatboxing with experts from each discipline.

Open to 11-18 year olds. This is a free event, with capacity limited to 60 people. Refreshments provided.

Visit the link here to sign up.

Please note that Metal has step-free access at the rear of Platform 1-2.

Part of Metal Liverpool’s Black History Month programme in partnership with residency artists Liverpool Hip Hop Festival.

Supported by Liverpool City Council and Culture Liverpool’s Creative Neighbourhoods Programme.
