Hosted at Metal Liverpool and in partnership with WoWFEST: FAHRENHEIT 2024, introducing Three Minutes to Save The Planet. Book here.
One Night. Ten speakers. Three Minutes Each. One Planet to save…
It’s more important than ever to stand up for our planet. There will be an evening of serious talks about climate change, as ten speakers take to the podium with three minutes each to present an idea, a notion, a proposed action, a policy, a “something” to help the climate crisis. There will be space for solution-focused discussion too.
The event will also feature readings/performance from Bernadette McBride, author of Roots: Eco-Journal (2019), writer, director, and creative practitioner who lives and works in Liverpool. Hosted by Roger Hill, freelance director, performer, arts and education consultant, writer, lecturer and broadcaster, who presented the nation’s longest running alternative music programme, The Popular Music Show, on BBC Radio Merseyside for 40 years.
If you would like to be considered for an invitation to present your idea for 3 minutes, get in touch with Festival@writingonthewall.org.uk
Tickets are £5 and are available via this link.
